K & K Solutions has a fully automatic filling line. Clients can supply their products such as: coconut oil, cocoa butter, shea butter, palm oil, mango butter, etc. (in bulk). The supplied product scan be packed in cartons of 10 kg, 12.5 kg, 15 kg and 25 kg and buckets of 25 kg. If requested, special packaging can be filled.
The filling line is set so that difficult products like shea butter are also filled at the right temperature. During the filling process, plenty of cooling time is taken into account, so that crystallization is prevented.

The filling line consists of an automatic box folder, bag fitter and two filling heads with adjustable temperatures because of the scraped cooler. During the process, a weight check and metal detection will take place. After the filling, the automatic seal head will make sure that all the air will be drawn out of the packaging, before the person who closes the boxes delivers a complete packed product.
The filling line is a completely closed system in a ‘dedicated’ production room with a light overpressure. The employees of K en K Solutions work according to an extensive quality manual which establishes various entrance checks, tap orders and cleaning procedures.
The butter filling line is Kosher, EU-BIO and NOP-USDA certified.
