If, because of cold or other circumstances, the fluid product in the flexi tank has started to congeal it can no longer be pumped out of the flexi tank. But when the heating system in the flexi tank is malfunctioning, the contents cannot be pumped out of the tank either. For all cases, K en K Solutions has developed a very effective method, that will still allow the product to be heated and dissolved.
Heating Flexitanks through steam
If the heating system is still intact, we can heat the flexi tanks through steam.
The flexi tanks can be heated in one of the warehouses where the ambient temperature is higher and the heating process will be quicker.
